Got the dream job, now what?

Hi, my name is Eva. I believe everyone can find their way in a high performance culture with the right support.

But more often than not, support is insufficient, missing or the culture makes it impossible to share that you are struggling in your new position. That’s why I help new leads and specialists in high performance cultures manage stress, workload and tough discussions. I’ve experienced how excitement about a new, demanding job can turn into overwhelm, disengagement and quitting, to a great cost to the individual and the employer.

Based on my experience, I help clients steer towards more confidence, energy and impact, and away from self doubt, worry and overwhelm. Self care is always on the agenda. I want to see my clients thrive in high performance culture: mental focus, creativity and results at work, meaningful relationships, fun and recharge on their time off.

I work with both individuals and businesses ready to improve leadership. For coaching to be successful, clients must be ready to commit time and energy to the sessions and homework, as well as be open to explore whatever they learn about themselves during the process.
